16th August — Victor & Albert

We open with the hilariously talented duo Victor & Albert, whose musical wit and virtuosity has lit up audiences all around the UK. A night of laughter, charm and dazzling musicianship.

17th August — The Sum of Many Parts

Come and bathe in some of the most sublime multi‑voice music ever written, including Tallis’ Spem in Alium. Forty voice parts, infinite beauty. A choral experience like no other.

18th August — Love Flows as the Brook Flows

Possibly the most celebrated British baritone of our time, Roderick Williams OBE, joins the wonderful Susie Allan for a radiant recital inspired by Schubert’s Die Schöne Müllerin. An evening of tenderness, storytelling and exquisite artistry.

19th August — Eternal Light

A feast of great choral masterworks:

Fauré – Requiem

Vaughan Williams – Five Mystical Songs

Mendelssohn – Hear My Prayer

Parry – Blest Pair of Sirens.

Plus the UK Premiere of Chris Maunu’s haunting Silentium. We welcome back the captivating Jennifer Clark, and you’ll have another chance to revel in the artistry of Roderick Williams.

Accompanied by Piers Maxim – Organ, and the Orchestra of the Great Malvern Festival of Singing. 

20th August — A Summer Song Recital

Two exciting newcomers to the festival — Chinese soprano Penglei Liang and Mexican tenor Roberto Ortiz — join pianist Ben Saul for a glorious evening of opera and song. Mozart, Donizetti, Verdi, Grieg, Tosti, Fauré, and sparkling operetta gems. A warm summer breeze of a concert.

21th August — Rossini: Petite Messe Solennelle

Our finale brings Rossini’s much‑loved masterpiece to life with a stellar quartet: Penglei Liang, Roberto Ortiz, and two singers fresh from their debuts at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden — Alison Kettlewell and Simon Thorpe. A magnificent conclusion to a superb week of music.

Accompanied by Jonathan Hope, Piers Maxim and Ben Saul on two pianos and a harmonium.
